This hybrid role requires 1–3 years in purchasing or procurement, a diploma/degree in SCM or Business Admin, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• 1–3 years in purchasing, procurement or supply chain coordination.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems advantageous.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and hybrid work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions and generate accurate purchase orders.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotes, orders and deliveries.
• Maintain records for POs, supplier data, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments.
• Resolve discrepancies between orders, invoices and receipts.
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and adherence to agreements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing team.
• Liaise with internal teams on material needs and delivery schedules.
• Support senior buyers and procurement managers as required.
