Job summary

Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive day-to-day management of multidisciplinary software projects in a fast-paced gambling environment. You will coordinate software, hardware and operations teams, manage scope and timelines, and ensure governance and quality controls are in place.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience managing multidisciplinary software development projects in fast-paced, Agile environments.
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple engineering teams (software, hardware, operations).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and best practices.
• Experience in gambling or gaming industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end with managed scope, schedule, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Manage and control project scope; document requirements and govern changes.
• Develop and track project plans and milestones; identify risks and drive actions to keep delivery on track.
• Ensure quality controls, testing coordination and readiness activities support delivery.
• Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Coordinate resources across cross-functional teams and support prioritisation.
• Apply governance processes including RAID logging and decision logs.
• Monitor costs and forecasts; raise budget concerns when needed.
• Support business readiness and change activities for successful adoption.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement of templates and standards.
