Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in George to lead Agile software delivery in a hybrid work model, balancing remote work with on-site collaboration. You will guide cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, and partner with product owners to translate strategy into tangible results.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering and 5+ years PM experience, with at least 3 years in Agile software projects, plus Jira/Confluence proficiency. PMP/CSM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or CSM certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with at least 3 years in Agile software projects.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach Agile teams in adopting and improving Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; identify risks and impediments.
• Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-defined, prioritized backlog.
• Track progress with KPIs and team velocity; report to stakeholders.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations.
