NHS Grampian is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of the Parental Employability Framework. Based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with hybrid working and travel across NHS Grampian as required, the role requires a full UK driving licence.

The post holder will coordinate meetings, prepare papers, maintain records and support data collection and reporting, using Microsoft 365 tools to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in administrative support, project administration, information management or a related role.
• Able to maintain accurate records, prepare documents and spreadsheets, coordinate diaries and meetings, support data collection and reporting.
• Confidentiality and escalating issues appropriately.
