Based at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, with hybrid working and travel across NHS Grampian as required

NHS Grampian is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and values-driven Project Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support for the delivery of our Parental Employability Framework. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to NHS Grampian's Anchor Organisation ambitions by supporting the systems, processes and communications that help create accessible employment pathways for parents who are at risk of poverty.

The post holder will support the day-to-day administration of the project, working closely with the Employability Officer - PEF, Local Employability Partnerships, third sector providers, education partners, recruitment colleagues and NHS services. The role will include arranging meetings, preparing papers, maintaining action logs, supporting communications, updating records, monitoring responses and helping ensure that project information is accurate, accessible and well organised.

You will be confident using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing administrative priorities while maintaining confidentiality and escalating issues appropriately.

The successful candidate will have experience of administrative support, project administration, information management or a related role. You should be able to maintain accurate records, prepare documents and spreadsheets, coordinate diaries and meetings, support data collection and reporting, and assist with the smooth running of project activity across multiple partners and workstreams.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy project environment, takes pride in providing reliable administrative support and is motivated by work that improves access to opportunity. In return, you will play an important role in supporting NHS Grampian's wider work on employability, fair work, child poverty and community wealth building.
