Placements24 is seeking a Production Line Supervisor for a Rustenburg facility. The role oversees daily line operations, ensuring targets for output, quality and safety are met, while leading a capable team in a hybrid on-site/remote setting.

You will drive continuous improvement using lean methods, train staff, coordinate with maintenance and engineering, and report performance to management.

Competenze

• Supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with production planning tools.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Adaptability to a hybrid work model.
