Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a senior supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership managing teams of 10+ individuals.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and safety standards.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in production planning software and standard office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to balance on-site leadership with remote administrative duties.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations for a designated line, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff, including scheduling and training.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor performance against targets, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
