Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with production management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, on-site and remote.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators and line leaders to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure all production activities meet quality standards, safety regulations, and procedures.
• Monitor lines, identify inefficiencies or quality deviations, and address them promptly.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Manage production schedules and allocate resources to meet demand.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing development for existing staff.
• Maintain accurate production records and report to management.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
