Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial engineering experience focused on process improvement.
• Proven Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) application.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement Lean and Six Sigma improvement strategies.
• Design and execute projects to optimize workflow and reduce cycle times.
• Use data analysis and statistics to measure process performance.
• Create flowcharts, SOPs and work instructions for processes.
• Collaborate with operations, QA and management to implement improvements.
• Train staff on continuous improvement principles and practices.
• Monitor results and adjust initiatives as needed.
• Prepare reports on outcomes, savings and recommendations.
• Support remote work for process analysis tasks where feasible.
