Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years in operations or industrial engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production operations to identify inefficiencies and waste.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency.
- Design and test new production methods and processes to meet requirements.
- Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure reliability.
- Oversee facility layouts, equipment installations, and process upgrades in Rustenburg.
