Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP regulations.
• Experience with process scale-up, validation, and technology transfer.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills for a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues to improve yield, quality, and reduce costs.
• Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams for tech transfer and scale-up.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation including URS, PFDs, and P&IDs.
