The role involves process design, validation, collaboration with R&D, manufacturing and QA, and ensuring cGMP compliance throughout development and transfer to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical process development or engineering.
• Strong understanding of chemical/biopharmaceutical manufacturing principles and equipment.
• Proficiency in process simulation, data analysis, and SPC.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robust and scalable manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct process validation activities, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements to enhance yield and quality.
• Develop and execute experimental plans to assess process parameters and identify critical process controls.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality control teams to ensure smooth technology transfer and commercial production.
• Ensure all process development activities comply with cGMP regulations and internal quality standards.
