Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in process development or chemical/pharmaceutical engineering.
• Strong understanding of GMP in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with process simulation, SPC, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize processes from lab to production scale.
• Conduct process validation studies ensuring quality.
• Troubleshoot deviations and implement CAPAs.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Manufacturing for tech transfer and scale-up.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment to boost efficiency, safety and sustainability.
• Prepare technical reports, descriptions, and validation protocols.
