You will optimize budgets, perform A/B tests, analyze CPA/ROAS, and report insights to senior management. This hybrid role offers remote flexibility with in-office collaboration in Richards Bay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with SEM/PPC and paid social.
• Proven track record managing large advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Experience in B2B industrial sector or KwaZulu-Natal is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of major ad platforms and analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, social channels and others.
• Monitor campaigns daily using CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion metrics and optimize spend and results.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages and targeting parameters.
• Allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ad copy and visuals.
• Stay current with industry trends and platform updates in performance marketing.
• Generate regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and testing on different platforms.
• Align campaigns with company marketing goals and brand guidelines.
