Job summary

ADP South Africa is hiring a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients in Gauteng, with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days from home).

You will ensure accurate payroll delivery, apply statutory updates, handle reconciliations, and support client inquiries while maintaining ADP's service levels.

The role requires 3–5 years payroll experience, relevant qualification, and proficiency in Excel; bonus for experience with Sage300/Premier.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in commerce, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years payroll experience or HRIS experience with payroll systems (Sage300 and/or Premier).
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End payroll management for a portfolio of clients.
• Payroll compliance, checks, reconciliations, and audits.
• Manage client relationships and act as primary payroll contact.
• Deliver payroll services to ADP's service standards and SLAs.
