Job summary

ADP South Africa is actively seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support elite clients by processing complex payrolls in line with SA legislation. You will play a key role in client satisfaction and service delivery, leveraging Sage300 and Premier Payroll to manage intricate setups and outsourcing engagements.

You will collaborate with the Service Team Manager, coach associates, and drive improvements that enhance NPS and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in commerce, human resources, or related qualification.
• 5+ years payroll experience handling complex set-ups for elite clients on Sage300 or Premier payroll.
• Experience in a Payroll Outsourcing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex and elite payrolls in compliance with legislation.
• Aligns clients to ADP standard processes and methods.
• Maintains internal systems and tools for optimal payroll delivery.
• Leads payroll projects within Services and supports associates.
• Improves payroll processes to benefit clients and colleagues.
• Monitors compliance and identifies risks to clients.
