Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and inventory management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with logistics software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods, shipments, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and address discrepancies.
• Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Arrange pickups and deliveries with transporters; negotiate rates.
• Prepare shipping manifests, customs forms, and invoices.
• Analyze logistics costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Resolve delays to minimize supply chain disruption.
