Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
1–3 years' experience in industrial engineering or process improvement.
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and tools.

Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze production workflows and data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
Design and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions for key processes.
Collaborate with production teams and management to implement changes.
Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and staffing.
Support development and implementation of new systems to boost efficiency.
