Qualifications

• SACAP registration required.
• 6+ years architectural experience with focus on sustainable design.
• Experience with Green Star SA or LEED rating systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with sustainability analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of passive design, energy systems, and sustainable materials.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Portfolio of sustainable design projects preferred.
• Knowledge of local environmental regulations and incentives.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design process with emphasis on sustainability and green building.
• Integrate passive design, energy efficiency, water conservation and waste reduction.
• Research and specify environmentally friendly materials and building systems.
