You will work in a hybrid setting, combining on-site work at the Benoni office with remote tasks, and have the chance to earn industry-recognized IT certifications through structured training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity problems as needed.
• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage user accounts and permissions as required.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Document IT processes and solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions, both in-person and remotely.
• Assist with setup of IT equipment for new employees.
