Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians.
• Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting and basic network administration tasks.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within the IT environment.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security checks.
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and user guides.
• Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades and new installations.
