Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT security administration or similar experience.
• Proficiency with security hardware and software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of networks, Windows and Linux OS, and security best practices.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain security systems including firewalls, IDS, and VPNs.
• Monitor logs for security breaches and suspicious activity.
• Apply security patches and updates to systems and apps.
• Conduct regular security awareness training for staff.
