You will drive projects through full lifecycle, collaborating with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets user needs.

The role requires 6+ years in IT project management, a bachelor’s in CS/IT, and knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on software development and system implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or Agile certification desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies and proficiency with Jira/MS Project.
• Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within a Benoni context.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, including software development and system integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with senior management.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead cross-functional IT teams and foster collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies to minimize disruption.
• Communicate status and metrics to stakeholders and executives.
