Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of various insurance products and their benefits.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel locally for client meetings.
• Relevant insurance sales certifications or licenses are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and responding to inquiries.
• Conduct client needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products, such as life, health, and vehicle insurance.
• Clearly explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions to potential clients.
