Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Site Installation Engineer to oversee the implementation of new systems at client locations in and around Randburg. You will plan, coordinate, and execute installations, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure installations meet specifications and budget.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, proven installation or project-management experience, strong technical drawing understanding, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience as Installation Engineer or in similar project management role.
• Experience with installation processes, technical drawings and project planning tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute on-site installations of equipment and systems according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation needs and identify potential challenges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during the installation process.
• Ensure installations comply with safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams and clients during and after the process.
