• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Engineering experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production machinery.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental policies and company standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement processes for maintenance supplies.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and optimize reliability.
• Contribute to the design and installation of new equipment and plant upgrades.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and generate regular performance reports.
