This hybrid role blends on-site execution with remote planning and reporting, requiring strong CMMS experience, interpretation of drawings, and collaboration with production to minimize downtime and optimize plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance or similar role.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with CMMS is advantageous.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for plant machinery and infrastructure.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to pre-empt failures.
• Oversee repair work and manage external service providers.
• Maintain records of maintenance, parts inventory, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production to minimize disruption.
