Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is advantageous.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial equipment including machinery, pumps, and control systems.
• Carry out preventative maintenance according to schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; implement effective fixes.
• Install, test, and commission new equipment meeting performance specs.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts used, and downtime.
• Coordinate with production supervisors to minimize disruption.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and reliability.
• Assist in managing spare parts inventory and procurement.
