Placements24 is seeking an analytical Operations Analyst to join their industrial operations team in Nelspruit. You will collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across production, supply chain, and finance.

You will work with engineering and management to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance performance. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in Nelspruit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed in the requirements.
• Minimum 3 years in operations data analysis, data analysis, or industrial engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data from production, supply chain, and finance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and operational metrics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and provide actionable insights.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed operational changes.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
