Job summary

You will attract and source qualified candidates for an automotive dealership group, ensuring a smooth, compliant onboarding experience.

The position requires strong communication, HRIS and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to partner with hiring managers, maintain records, generate recruitment

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience using recruitment platforms and social media for sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and select candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding, including orientation and policy introduction.
• Maintain accurate HR records in the HRIS and prepare recruitment reports.
• Assist in developing HR policies and procedures and support engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
