Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in power systems engineering with a grid integration focus.
• Experience with grid-interconnection studies and power system simulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform grid interconnection studies, including power flow, short circuit, and stability analysis.
• Develop technical requirements and standards for integration of renewable energy sources.
• Analyze grid impacts and mitigate new generation or load connection issues.
• Collaborate with utility operators, project developers, and equipment suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to grid interconnection and power quality.
