impact.com is seeking a Growth Enablement Developer (Mid-Level) to join the Marketplace Growth team. You will build and maintain responsive HTML email templates, support API-triggered messaging, and collaborate across Growth Enablement, Product, Data, and Development to deliver scalable, reliable messaging outputs.

The role focuses on complex, dynamic email structures, lifecycle communications, and automation workflows within a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years in email development, CRM technology, marketing automation, or frontend/integration-focused roles.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end email builds and lifecycle campaign assets independently.
Exposure to API integrations, triggered messaging, or automation systems in production environments.

Responsibilities

Build and implement responsive HTML email templates, including complex and dynamic structures.
Develop and support advanced dynamic emails with personalization and modular components.
Support API-triggered and event-based messaging, including configuration of templates.
Assist in API setup, troubleshooting, and data mapping checks.
Collaborate with Growth Enablement, Product, Data, and Development teams to translate requirements into reliable outputs.
Debug, optimize, and improve end-to-end campaign performance and templates.
