You will create and execute test plans, work with design engineers to define test requirements, and validate products meet specifications in a collaborative environment balancing on-site and remote work.

The role involves developing test fixtures, automating tests, analyzing results, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in test engineering or electrical validation.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters and signal generators.
• Experience in developing automated test scripts or using test automation software.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and product development cycles.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail for a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures for electrical components and systems.
• Design and build test fixtures and setups to automate testing processes.
• Execute validation tests and meticulously document results, identifying deviations.
• Analyze test data to determine root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions.
