Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in electrical project engineering or management.
• Proficiency with project management software and electrical design tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of electrical engineering projects from conceptualization to commissioning.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and regulators for compliance and safety.
• Conduct site visits and oversee installation, testing and commissioning.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Ensure designs meet national and international standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
