Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing channels (social media, email, basic SEO/SEM).
• Proficiency with office software; experience with marketing tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns for e-commerce, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Update product listings and promotional content on e-commerce websites to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Monitor and engage with customers on social media, responding to inquiries and feedback.
• Help track and report on key marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral, including social media posts, email newsletters, and basic ad creatives.
