Qualifications

• 1–2 years of social media management or digital marketing experience, preferably with an e-commerce focus.
• Familiarity with Buffer or Hootsuite.
• Basic understanding of content creation and graphic design.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or Digital Media is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and graphics.
