Placements24 is seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative for our Rustenburg team, offering a hybrid work model. You will handle frontline inquiries and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

In this role you will communicate clearly, resolve issues, and document interactions in our CRM, while balancing in-office collaboration with remote work to support a fast-paced environment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.

• Secondary school education is required; further qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guiding them through solutions and resolving problems effectively.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
• Assist with customer onboarding and provide product information as needed.
• Contribute to team knowledge and support colleagues.
