The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong ability to read drawings and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site engineering or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and QC processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of construction projects on-site.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure construction activities comply with design plans, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections and testing of materials and workmanship.
• Monitor progress of construction activities and report discrepancies or issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in planning and scheduling of site activities.
• Manage site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and progress photos.
• Provide technical solutions to on-site challenges and problems.
