Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Construction Project Coordinator in Kimberley to support project managers with schedules, documentation, and site coordination in a hybrid role.

You will manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and communications, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and compliance while collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator in construction.
• Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in hybrid work models.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Prepare, distribute, and track project-related documents, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Support the procurement process by assisting with vendor selection and contract administration.
• Maintain accurate project files and documentation, ensuring compliance with company and project standards.
• Attend site meetings and assist in tracking action items and decisions made.
