The role requires strong knowledge of construction sequencing, resource management and proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project. You will work with project managers and site teams to optimize timelines and mitigate delays.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Construction Planner or Scheduler.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using planning software.
• Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and milestones.
• Identify critical path activities and potential scheduling risks.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations on project schedules.
