Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Construction Planner to support major development projects in Mahikeng, North West. You will develop, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, ensuring all construction phases are efficiently planned and executed to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of construction planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed master schedules for complex projects using planning software.
• Analyze scopes and workflows to create efficient construction sequences.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to integrate schedules and resources.
• Identify critical path activities and risks affecting timelines.
• Prepare progress reports, updates, and look-ahead schedules for stakeholders.
