Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Construction Planner in a lead or senior role.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycles and critical path analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a planning team.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed construction project schedules using advanced planning software.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction planners, assigning tasks and ensuring quality of planning deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to define scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Analyze progress, identify delays, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with procurement and resource teams to ensure timely materials and labor availability.
• Prepare and present progress reports, critical path analyses, and resource forecasts to stakeholders.
