Job summary

Stoneway is seeking a highly organized Client Executive to join our Cape Town team. The role combines client and account support, project coordination, digital content, quality control and corporate communications within an independent international brand and communications agency.

You will work 3 days a week from our Woodstock studio in Cape Town with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, providing essential support across account teams to ensure on-time, high-quality project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Business Administration or Digital Media.
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting project admin, coordination, scheduling and workflow tracking.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Basic digital content management including uploading blogs on CMSs like WordPress/Webflow.
• Experience managing corporate travel and event logistics.
• Professional writing experience including meeting minutes, emails and project docs.
