Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of chemical plant operations management experience.
- Knowledge of chemical processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with P&ID, process simulation and plant automation.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to hit production targets and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop plant personnel to foster high performance.
- Manage budgets, capex projects, and supply chain logistics.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
