Responsibilities

• Analyze existing chemical processes to identify efficiency, yield, and cost improvements.
• Develop and implement process modifications and optimization strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies for process upgrades and new technologies.
• Monitor process performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Collaborate with plant operations and maintenance teams to implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, recommendations and project documentation.
• Assist in developing process simulation models.
• Support training of operational staff on new or modified processes.
