• Conduct change readiness assessments and identify potential areas of resistance.
• Design and deliver communication plans to inform and engage stakeholders throughout the change process.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capacity and support for new initiatives.
• Assess the impact of change on employees and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
