Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis, process management, and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, ERP systems, and system integrations.
• Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes, systems, and operations.
• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Analyse existing workflows and recommend practical system and process enhancements.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external technology partners.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of business systems.
• Assist users with system-related queries and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Improve business reporting, data quality, and management visibility.
• Develop detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives through insightful analysis and practical recommendations.
