Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions in a consulting environment. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2+ years in business analysis or IT consulting with exposure to business process analysis and technology implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting; familiar with Java/C#; experience with ERP systems (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, workflows and pain points; document and analyze current processes for improvements.
• Facilitate meetings, gather functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support design, testing and implementation of new systems and software.
• Analyze data to derive insights; create reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Provide project coordination support including resource planning and task tracking.
• Maintain regular client communication to ensure alignment and provide training during and after implementation.
