Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Assistant Store Manager for our Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal outlet. You will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a hybrid role.

Formación

• Retail experience with supervisory or assistant management duties.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to work weekends/public holidays as needed in Richards Bay.
• Basic inventory management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Support sales initiatives and hit targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Supervise and coach sales staff.
• Manage inventory and merchandising.
• Process transactions using POS system.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and security checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in staff training and development.
