Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in agriculture (fertilizers, seeds, crop protection).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and crop management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within Bloemfontein territory and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve targets.
